Senior Neighbors offers a variety of assistance with financial issues arising from homeownership or renting by seniors living in Kent County Michigan.  Throughout the year, and especially during the tax season (beginning February through April), specific assistance is provided with the filing of State of Michigan Property Tax Refunds and Home Heating Credits. 

Assistance is offered year round in situations involving special tax issues in home ownership.  A few examples are residential tax exemptions, property tax relief, and heating bills.
